WHO DOES WHAT
Westside Trading (Pty) Ltd. and Seasons Sport & Spa (Pty) Ltd.
are the Developers, and are responsible for the development of the entire estate which includes the installation of services such as roads, water and sewage reticulation, electricity supply, the provision or upgrade of any facilities or amenities listed in the Agreements of Sale, subdivision and proclamation of the development areas, provision of security infrastructure including gate and access control, perimeter fencing and walling.

The Marketing Firm
The Developer’s in-house Marketing company who sell the stands and contract with sub-agents to sell stands on behalf of the Developer. They also handle re-sales on behalf of Owners.

Mabulatu Management Services
This is the Management Company appointed by the Developer and the Home Owners Association to manage the estate, who are responsible for the following:

Clubhouse operations
Bars
Restaurants
Collection of Levies
Housekeeping / Cleaning Services
Repairs and Maintenance
Reservations (Rental of Homes on behalf of Owners)
Reception of rental guests and owners
Operation of Sports and Leisure facilities.
