| The financial year end
of the Home Owners Association Company was 29 February.
Once the financials have been finalized and audited, notice
of the first Annual General Meeting will be circulated
to all owners in terms of the Memorandum of Articles and
Association to all registered owners.

date has been set, and then after the meeting, the minutes
etc.)
